Oryntai Akhniyet Meirzhankyzhi

Oryntai Akhniyet Meirzhankyzhi was born on March 8, 1996, in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
In 2013, she graduated from G. Musirepov Secondary School No. 86. Starting from the ninth grade, she won the Grand Prix in the city’s “Kazakh Aruy” beauty contest, marking the beginning of her career in the arts.
From 2013 to 2017, she studied at the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov in Almaty, under the guidance of People’s Artist of Kazakhstan Orazaly Akzharkin-Sarsenbek, and later under the mentorship of director and actor Kubanychbek Adylov, specializing in Puppet Theater and Film Acting.
In 2015, as a student, she performed in the Central Asian production of the popular theater director Barzu Abdurazakova’s play “Classmates. Life Lessons” by T. Slobozianek. She played the role of Zosya, and the play won the Grand Prix at the State “ArtOkraine” Festival in Saint Petersburg.
In 2016, she joined the B. Omarov “Zhas Sakhna” Theater in Almaty as a full-time artist. At “Zhas Sakhna,” she played numerous roles, including:

She was also a stuntwoman in the circus (6 months), performing horseback tricks as part of the “Nomad Stunts” stunt team.
Since 2021, she has been an actress at the Kalibek Kuanishbayev State Academic Kazakh Music and Drama Theatre in Nur-Sultan.
