The performance features songs by Shamshi Kaldayakov: "Aq Mańdaylym", "Qaiyqta", "Keshikpei kelem dep eń...", "Baқyt qushağynda", "Syğan serenadasy", "Ana turaly jyr", "Teriskei", "Meniń Qazaqstanym" (Anthem), as well as "Qusni-Qorlan" by Estai and "Aqqu dastan" by A. Jumashov.
Poems by Mukagali Makataev "Jazılar estelikter men turaly" and Kalkaman Sarin "Minaĵat-monolog", "Köp qarğanyń ańdyğany – ölekse" are recited.
The great composer, known as the "King of Waltz", yearned for dreams, suffered inner turmoil, and aspired to freedom like a bird. Poet Serik Turgynbekuly, in his work "Shamshi", sought to delve into the unique and mysterious nature of this extraordinary talent, revealing psychological aspects of his inner world. True talent is always vulnerable and unadapted to everyday life.
Shamshi is a flowing melody. The atmosphere of the performance is revealed through his songs.
