Karpsyeitova Ayman Zhetyssykhyzy

Actress, recipient of the "Enbek Danghy" medal.

Karpsyeitova Ayman Zhetyssykhyzy was born on January 29, 1984, in Atbasar, Akmola Region.

In 1991, she studied at School No. 1 in Korgalzhyn. From 1993 to 1999, she graduated from School No. 7 in Atbasar. From 1999 to 2002, she studied at Technical Vocational School No. 9. From 1996 to 2001, she studied at the music school in Atbasar, specializing in the dombyra section.

From 2003 to 2007, she studied acting at the Kazakh National Academy of Music in the course of Y.I. Haninga-Beknazar. During her time at the academy, she played roles in the following productions: “Sny o Bulgakove” – Bella, “Zaykina kvartira” – Alla, “Beg” – Syrofima, “Mesto vstrechi poezdov” – Alevtina.

In 2004, she participated in the International “Shabyt” Festival with the play “Zhalpak dala zhangyrygy”, composed of poems by O. Suleimenov and P. Vasilyev, and became a laureate in dramatic arts.

In 2007, she became a laureate at the “Tvoy shans 2007” festival in Moscow, which featured student and diploma performances.

Since 2007, she has been working as an actress at the Kalibek Kuanishbaev State Academic Kazakh Musical Drama Theatre in the capital.

In 2021, she was awarded the “Enbek danghy” medal by the Kazakhstani sectoral culture, sports, tourism, and information workers’ trade union.

In 2016, on the occasion of World Theatre Day, she was awarded the “Best Actress” title established by the Akim (Mayor) of Astana.

In 2021, she was awarded the “Labour Glory” badge of honor by the Sectoral Trade Union of Workers in Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Information of Kazakhstan.

In 2022 and 2024, she was once again honored with the “Labour Glory” badge from the same professional union.

In 2024, the play “Zhüt” (“The Famine”), in which A. Karpseitova performs one of the leading roles, was presented in Ufa. The special performance was organized as part of the creative collaboration between the Kalibek Kuanyshbayev Kazakh National Musical Drama Theatre and the M. Gafuri Bashkir State Academic Drama Theatre.

The uniqueness of this international project lies in the fact that, for the first time, theatres from the two countries performed together on the same stage.

For her highly professional portrayal of the character Saule and her contribution to the development of international theatre cooperation, A. Karpseitova received a Letter of Appreciation from the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

She performed in the premiere of the play “Sheñber” on May 16–17, 2025. The production is based on the play “The Caucasian Chalk Circle” by the German playwright Bertolt Brecht. The Kazakh translation was done by Zulkarnaý Sakiuly. The stage director of the performance is Ulan Kabyl.
From September 18 to 23, 2025, she participated in the presentation of “Sheñber” at the 2nd Republican Festival of Young Theatre Directors held in Almaty.

Karpseitova Aiman Jetpiskysy is a well-known actress and educator who has worked tirelessly in the field of Kazakh theatre arts for many years.
