Diana Zholdybek was born on December 12, 1997, in Kostanay, Kazakhstan.
From 2003 to 2015, she attended the Ibrai Altynsarin Secondary School.
From 2015 to 2017, she studied at the Kostanay Polytechnic College.
Between 2017 and 2021, Diana attended the Kazakh National University of Arts in Nur-Sultan, where she studied under People’s Artist of Kazakhstan Akish Omar in the Drama Theatre and Film Acting department.
In 2021, she worked for four months at the Ilyas Omarov Theatre in Kostanay.
Later in 2021, she was hired as a full-time actress at the Kalibek Kuanishbayev State Academic Kazakh Music and Drama Theatre.

In 2022, Diana Zholdybek played one of the leading roles in “I Can’t Sleep” (Written by O. Bokey, Directed by B. Sultangazy). The performance was invited to the 5th International “BALAUSA” Experimental Theatre Festival, where it gained the attention of theatre critics. As a result of the festival, young director B. Sultangazy received the “Kadyr Rakhymbayuly Jetpisbay” special award.
