Forum of Cultural Workers

From May 19 to 21, 2025, the State Academic Kazakh Music and Drama Theatre named after Kalybek Kuanyshbayev hosted the “Forum of Cultural Workers – 2025,” held in honor of the Day of Cultural and Art Workers.

As part of this large-scale forum, various seminars and master classes covering different areas of the cultural sector were organized. Special attention was given to professional sections dedicated to the field of theatre.

One of the key events was a practical seminar on the topic “Theatrical Art and Concert Activities: How Modern Digital Solutions Help Manage Sound on Stage.” The seminar explored modern sound technologies, digital mixing consoles, and effective methods of managing stage acoustics.

In addition, the seminar “Scenography and Lighting: Modern Techniques of Using LED Screens and Lighting on the Theatre Stage” focused on the technical and creative approaches to designing modern stage space. Participants were introduced to lighting technologies and multimedia capabilities used in contemporary theatrical set design.

The forum served as a vital dialogue platform for creative professionals to exchange experiences, enhance their professional skills, and discuss pressing issues in the cultural sphere.
