The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the Basic Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The current Constitution was adopted by popular referendum on August 30, 1995 and came into force on September 5. The Constitution consists of 9 chapters and 98 articles.

Our Constitution is the beginning of all achievements of the country, a satellite that ensures equal rights and equal opportunities for all Kazakhstanis.
