Astor Piazzolla – “Tango of Love”

On April 26, the stage of the Kazakh National Musical Drama Theatre named after Kalibek Kuanyshbayev will be filled with the passionate and expressive melodies of Argentine tango. The TARSI Symphony Orchestra will present the concert program “Tango of Love”, dedicated to the music of the renowned Argentine composer Astor Piazzolla.

Piazzolla’s music is a unique world where classical tradition, the freedom of jazz, and the rhythm of tango merge together. His tango nuevo style gave tango a new breath and brought this genre to the world’s leading concert stages. The composer’s works combine delicate lyricism, deep emotion, and fiery passion.

The concert program will feature famous works by Astor Piazzolla and his follower Richard Galliano.
